Purple, But Not Amethyst

President of the University, Linwood Rose, has stood firmly on his stance of signing the Amethyst Initiative, "...more work needs to be done." The article in Thursday, August 28 edition of The Breeze is just another in the many college papers covering the issue of whether or not the legal drinking age is working currently. It states that 129 college presidents have signed the initiative, yet what I find interesting is that the initiative itself states no clear goal. The article covers the topic quite unbiasedly and is fairly informative on the issue and President Rose's opinion on the topic. The diction is average, or at least for what can be expected from a college newspaper.
